CarDekho will become the second automotive classifieds platform to launch an initial public offering in India, following CarTrade. The parent company of com, which became a publicly traded entity in August 2021.
CarDekho, co-founded by Amit Jain from Shark Tank India, is in discussions to hire investment banks for an IPO of up to Rs 4,000 crore.
